A Vision for Generations.

The look of Caracol is a blending of several architectural styles, details and forms from other subtropical climates in the American South and the West Indies. Our planners and architects took the best building elements from these cultures to create a style that not only sets Caracol apart but one that also functions well in our environment. As in all of these styles, there is an emphasis on deep-set windows, wide, functional porches and deep eaves to provide protection from the coastal sun while allowing residents to enjoy the wonderful Gulf breezes. The intent is to create a destination with outdoor living spaces and an inviting atmosphere where residents know their neighbors and there is a sense of community.
